We are pleased to announce that Gaybo Ltd (also trading as Perception Kayaks) is the new Nova Craft Canoe distributor for UK and Ireland. This new partnership brings together two companies with exceptional reputations for quality.
We are delighted to be working with such a highly regarded company as Nova Craft Canoe. Our excellent range of kayaks has long been considered a market leader for design, manufacture and finish. Nova Craft Canoe likewise shares these attributes. This new venture adds an exciting dimension to our activities by offering one of the broadest line-ups of high quality canoes on the market alongside our full range of kayaks.
The Nova Craft line-up features a wide range of traditional Canadian canoe designs including the classic multi-tasking Prospector in 15, 16, 17 and 18 foot lengths. Anyone looking for a fast solo and occasional tandem can appreciate the popular Bob Special. The PAL 16 is a much loved, light and quick, tripping canoe. The Tripper 16 and Haida 17 offer two length options in an easy gliding, true tracking, recreation design. Other Nova Craft names that will strike a chord with open canoe enthusiasts include the Supernova and Angler.
As with performance options, Nova Craft canoes offer a variety of constructions. The SP3 foam core polyethylene construction is available in the Prospectors starting at only £699.99. This robust construction is ideal for family and fleet use where Nova Craft produces boats that are widely considered the best in their class. Outstanding quality is a standard component in the lighter weight Royalex (ABS) and Royalex Lite models starting at just £999.99. Committed enthusiasts are perfectly catered for with a variety of composite constructions including Kevlar, Kevlar/Spectra and Nova Craft’s exclusive Blue Steel Kevlar Carbon material. High quality outfitting options complete all packages to suit usage and can be tailored for specific requirements.
Manufacture of Nova Craft canoes will continue to take place in Canada, with canoes hand finished here in the UK by our highly skilled staff.
Using our proven promotional activities we will ensure a wider awareness of Nova Craft canoes through magazine placements and exposure at the myriad events we attend. Testing opportunities will be available for paddlers at many of these events.Our promotional activities will be supported with a stock holding to ensure the continuous availability of popular models with special order available for composites and personalised outfitting. Our first container has arrived and our dealers are getting stock, the second container is due with us imminently allowing good stock holding for most models.
